At Infinitus, our company values – C.O.D.E.S. – are the principles that link us together as we work toward a common goal. Last week, our team gathered in San Francisco for one of our favorite events of the year: InfiniCamp, our annual company offsite. 

As it does every year, our time together reminds us that even in a world driven by technology, human connection remains irreplaceable. But it wasn’t just about strategic discussions and planning for the future; InfiniCamp was a celebration of every individual’s contribution to our mission.

Customer obsessed: Jeevika Ghosh

Jeevika is someone who turns customer care into an art form. She makes sure every product and communication exceeds expectations, no matter the challenge. Her dedication is so intense, it could power a spaceship. From handling urgent requests with lightning speed to keeping us all informed during the Medicare Part B launch, her positivity and thoroughness are legendary. Jeevika lights up our organization with her hard work and exceptional skills.

Optimistic realist: Jess Lyons

Jess thinks outside the box while keeping her feet firmly on the ground, turning ambitious goals into achievable realities. Her superpower? Diving into every detail to make sure new ideas don’t just float, but soar. From navigating auto queues to guiding us through go-lives, she is our go-to guru for critical thinking. Her work on the pilot team is a prime example of how optimism and realism can work wonders. Jess’s blend of dream and discipline is truly inspiring. 

Disagree and commit: Kim Young

Kim’s superpower is to go above and beyond, from winning over customers to tackling issues like a pro. Whether it’s guiding client stakeholders or juggling webhooks, she’s always on top of it – day or night. Her dedication shines through in everything she does, from launching our Medicare Part B solution to creating legendary documentation that turns complexity into clarity. Kim’s commitment and spirit are nothing short of legendary.

Engage employees: Serena Bilotta

Serena is the queen of organizing unforgettable events and turning our office into a cozy, welcoming haven. She doesn’t just manage; she makes us all feel special with flair and fun. From handling every detail of InfiniCamp to creating vibrant get-togethers, she does it all with charm and dedication.

See, say, do: Omar Burney

Omar is a PRO at spotting issues, proposing solutions, and jumping into action. A code wizard, a problem-solver extraordinaire, and a true team player. He tackles blockers with lightning speed, leads critical projects like a pro, and works late nights like it’s a hobby. His expertise and dedication shine bright, and he makes everything look easy. Plus, his teamwork is nothing short of legendary!

For the first time this year we added a pair of awards honoring achievements of our team outsides of our C.O.D.E.S. values. These awards recognize the Infinauts who embrace two key qualities that drive the success of our organization: agency and urgency.

Agency: Nitin Narasimhan

Nitin doesn’t just tackle problems but seizes them with authority, whether the seas are calm or stormy. This person juggles incidents and people management like a pro and dives into hands-on coding with gusto. From integrating LiveKit and Twilio to heroic weekend debugging, Nitin’s ownership of complex projects is truly legendary. With his knack for taking charge, it’s no wonder he’s our go-to for getting things done.

Urgency: Joshua Feazell

Joshua is a pro at pushing the ball forward without letting things simmer too long. His style is all about driving growth without being pushy, and his partners absolutely love working with him. He knows how to make a huge impact without being the ‘aggressive seller.’ Customers have called him a game-changer who feels like a true extension of their team – and we understand why!
