We’re excited to announce a strategic partnership with Salesforce, enabling the Infinitus AI agent to be activated directly from Life Sciences Cloud.

With the partnership, Life Sciences Cloud users can utilize the AI agent to call payors and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) to verify insurance benefits, navigate prior authorizations, and check the statuses of formulary exceptions and appeals to get life-enhancing treatments in the hands of patients, faster. The announcement was recently featured during Salesforce’s Dreamforce conference in San Francisco.

Powered by a direct integration with the Infinitus API, the solution enables Life Sciences Cloud users to trigger the AI agent, which can call over 1,400 payors to verify insurance eligibility, check benefits, and follow up on prior authorization status. The AI agent collects data and transmits it electronically to Life Sciences Cloud, enabling case managers and benefits specialists to focus on patient care.

The Infinitus AI agent is powered by a purpose-built AI system for healthcare. It can collect up to 150 data points per call, and calls that it completes result in data that is 10% more accurate than manual callers, helping increase patient enrollment and improve access to critical specialty medications.

The AI agent enables healthcare workers to offload lengthy but necessary administrative calls and focus on higher-level tasks. We are pleased to streamline access to the Infinitus AI agent by making it accessible directly from Life Sciences Cloud, a popular system of record.
