Why I joined Infinitus: Brendan Foley, product lead Healthcare has many problems to solve today – patient access to care, high costs, manual processes, older technology, and more. But it also offers a great opportunity to have a positive impact on people’s lives during the moments that matter. That’s a big part of what drew me to the industry. At Infinitus, we have the opportunity to revolutionize how healthcare is delivered through AI, improving patient access to care and outcomes. That is why I chose to join the company, and today I’m excited to share more about that decision. What I sought in a new opportunity: The 3 keys For the past 20 years, I’ve held product management and related leadership roles at companies such as Automation Anywhere, Atlassian, Microsoft, and Sears e-commerce. Immediately prior to Infinitus, I spent more than three years at Collective Health, a later-stage healthcare technology company in San Francisco. I was a vice president who led the product management team. Later, I held an engineering operations leadership role and served as interim head of data engineering and client/product analytics. One of the key reasons I chose to join the Infinitus team was the people, especially cofounders Ankit Jain and Shyam Rajagopalan. Their vision, leadership, and deep commitment to solving real problems has created a culture of innovation, and seeing what the Infinitus team has already accomplished made it clear that this was a place I wanted to be. In considering a new opportunity, I look for three things: a company well positioned in an exciting sector, the opportunity to have a major impact in my role, and the company’s culture. Infinitus had all three of these for me – exponential growth in conversational AI and other AI solutions; the opportunity to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap; and a positive and collaborative culture. Why I liked Infinitus: The massive opportunity I love to identify customer opportunities and build innovative products and businesses that make the future happen. It’s what attracted me to product management more than 20 years ago. I’ve been intrigued by AI for some time, and by companies like Infinitus that are shaping the future through AI. At Infinitus, we have a massive opportunity to provide AI-powered solutions to automate administrative healthcare tasks such as benefit verification, prior authorization, and much more. This role enables me to apply my background in healthcare, call centers, and automation from Collective Health and Automation Anywhere and solve big problems through great products. The Infinitus mission: it’s the change we need Creating time for healthcare by improving access, adherence, and affordability gets at the heart of the change that’s needed. At Collective Health, I saw firsthand the impact that our member advocates and care navigators had on people’s lives during key moments that matter – helping members navigate the healthcare system, engaging them at the right time, and guiding them on their next best step on their healthcare journey. At Infinitus we have the same opportunity through AI to enable better engagement at scale across all partners involved in health care – payors, pharmaceuticals, pharmacies, patients, and providers. The mission immediately resonated with me. What I’m most excited for: Transformation! I’m eager for the opportunity to help transform healthcare access, adherence, and affordability through AI, to make an impact through innovative products, and build a great business. I’m excited to be here, and excited to share that we’re hiring. Come join me!
