In late December 2023 through the first quarter of 2024, Infinitus surveyed leaders at patient support programs across the US to gauge their experiences and attitudes toward the hurdles facing patient support. We sought to understand whether and how they believe technology – and AI specifically – can help. As you can see in the chart on the right, patient support programs are being asked to accomplish more with fewer resources, while differentiating themselves from other programs and accounting for staffing challenges.
